David K. Bernard
David K. Bernard is the general superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church International, which has 5.5 million constituents in 43,000 churches in 199 nations and 39 territories. He founded New Life Church of Austin, Texas, out of which sixteen additional churches were started under his leadership. He was the founding president and currently is the chancellor of Urshan College and Urshan Graduate School of Theology. He earned a Master and Doctor of Theology in New Testament from the University of South Africa, Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from the University of Texas, and Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in mathematical sciences and managerial studies from Rice University. The author of thirty books with a circulation of over one million, he has been published in forty-two languages and has ministered in eighty countries on six continents. He and his wife, Connie, have three children and seven grandchildren.
Adam Hunley
Adam Hunley was elected to serve as general director of UPCI Global Missions in 2023. Prior to this, he was director of the Eurasia/North Africa region. He and his wife, Maya, have been full-time in Global Missions since 2003. They have spent the majority of their ministry planting churches and training leaders in Access Challenged Nations.
Doug Klinedinst
Doug Klinedinst is a full-time evangelist whose ministry is marked by the demonstration of faith and power. He preaches internationally and has seen thousands of people receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. He also serves as a mentor to other ministers through platforms such as the PowerUp Mentoring Conferences. In addition, he is the coordinator of the National Evangelists Ministry, which is part of UPCI North American Missions.
Luke Levine
Luke and Amy Levine have served as senior pastors of The Sanctuary since September of 2019. Prior to God bringing them to the Quad Cities they spent twenty years in ministry that included student and pastoral ministry, leading teams, and working in various overseas missions' endeavors. The Levines dynamic and practical approach to communicating the Bible has provided ministry opportunities in forty-seven states and over thirty nations.
David McGovern
David McGovern is a career church planter to greater Los Angeles, where he and his family planted Acts Church in 2013. He resides in the city of Los Angeles with his wife, Monique, and their four daughters; together they are endeavoring to plant more churches in the vast harvest field of the greater Los Angeles metro region.
Daniel Ramos
Daniel Ramos is the English ministry pastor at the Pentecostals of Oakland and the Youth Ministries representative for Spanish Evangelism Ministries. With a passion for souls and love for his city, Ramos has dedicated his life to bringing the message of hope to a broken world. His focus on youth and families with relevant Jesus-centered preaching has enabled him to have an impact both at home and abroad. He also is a devoted husband to Paula and father of three.
Joel Urshan
Joel Urshan is the senior pastor of Tree of Life Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. He and his wife, Heidi, married in 1998. They have two daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren. Joel has dedicated his life to serving God, loving his family, and sharing the love and truth of God in Cincinnati and abroad.
Doug White
Douglas D. White is the bishop of Abundant Life of Silsbee, Texas. He has served in that capacity for thirty-six years and has been in full-time ministry for forty-two years. He is the author of six books designed to equip individuals desiring to be used of God. While his greatest joy is spending time with his wife, children, and grandbuddie, his driving burden is to build up the kingdom of God and invest himself in developing ministries. Those efforts have taken his ministry to forty-nine states and many foreign countries around the world.
Donny Willis
Donny Willis has served as pastor in White Plains, New York, since 2017. In 2020, he and their team launched a daughter work in Manhattan, New York. He earned his Master of Organizational Leadership from Colorado Christian University and his Bachelor of Theology from Texas Bible College. He is the senior author of leadership book Good, Butter, Best, and is recognized as the infamous "Butter-Man" in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Donny and his wife, Ashley, love living in New York with their children: Braydon, Claire, and Elliot.
Art Wilson
Art Wilson is the pastor of The International Church of Metro Detroit. In 2022 he planted the church with his wife, Bethany, and their three daughters Alora, Moriah, and Mikayla. His family has grown to include two sons-in-law and four amily grandchildren. He serves the UPCI as district superintendent of the Detroit Metro District and as the UNSRC-MSF special advisor at the United Nations.
